It is my top priority that you are 100% happy with your purchase!  If this is not the case please contact me so I can resolve this for you.

Returns and Exchanges

If you decide that your purchase isn't quite right for you or you need another size, you can return it in it's original condition, within 30 days of receiving it (excluding earrings). Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and I will refund the purchase price on receipt of the returned item. Please note, in the event of a refund or exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, including any customs fees incurred. Earrings cannot be returned (for refund or exchange) due to hygiene reasons as they are considered to be an intimate product.  All bespoke and custom made items are non-returnable.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged or faulty please contact me and I will do all I can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Please note that the shipping timescales given are estimates, occasionally items can be delayed in the postal system and unfortunately this is outwith my control.  Please contact me if you are concerned about your shipment and I will do all I can to assist.  In the event of an item being lost in the post I will offer a replacement or refund.
If you are an international customer, please note that you are responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be incurred. This includes European customers (post Brexit January 2021)
