CAN YOU RE-SIZE MY RING?
I want you to love your ring and enjoy wearing it from the moment it arrives, so choosing the correct size first time is very important.

If your ring does need resizing, there is a £15 fee to cover the time and craftsmanship involved.
MY JEWELLERY HAS TARNISHED - WHAT CAN I DO?
Tarnishing is a natural process for sterling silver and can happen over time, especially with exposure to air, moisture, chlorine or everyday products.
The good news is that it’s quick and easy to restore your jewellery’s shine. Simply use a silver polishing cloth or jewellery cleaning solution to gently remove any tarnish and bring it back to its original finish.
Jewellery cleaning solutions should not be used on pieces with delicate stones such as pearls and opals as the chemicals in the solution can damage the stones, a jewellery polishing cloth is best for these pieces.
